Woola wins gold in Républik Supply Chain Awards "Green Supply" category

Every year, the RÉPUBLIK group brings together professionals from the French supply chain ecosystem in a number of events. One of these is the Night of the Supply Chain (Nuit de la Supply Chain), at the heart of which are the Supply Chain awards.

This year, companies competed in four categories: Most Innovative Supplier, Green Supply, Co-construction and Brand and Their Supply Team.

We’re excited to share that Woola was awarded gold in the Green Supply category!

All competing companies pitched to a jury earlier in November – and it was quite an impressive jury! It consisted of supply chain leaders from the likes of LVMH, L’Oreal, Coca Cola, SAFRAN and Christian Dior Couture.

Antoine Leyh from Woola pitching Woola to the jury in November.

“It is a product that is recyclable […] and it gives new value to waste, something which is still quite rare.” said Philippe Gaulier, jury member and Supply Chain Director of Safran as he announced Woola as the winner.

Gaulier also highlighted it’s really interesting how the solution values the know-how of sheep farmers, making the whole supply chain super sustainable, end-to-end.

Other gold medalists included Petit Bateau, le binôme Renault et Shippeo, Sakowin, Ez-Wheel and Life Lines.
